Raising the profile of wound care in the Middle East region

<p>Wound care as a clinical discipline is continually struggling to find its voice, in all parts of the world. Other areas of healthcare receive far more attention, and even though wound care services have been established in many countries, wound care as such still suffers from poor visibility and awareness among service commissioners and hospital administrators, even some fellow medical specialists.</p>
